Role: Virtual Staging, Interior Design & Art DirectionA series of 3D interior visualizations developed for short-term rental properties in Kalamos, Greece, located on a cliff overlooking the sea. The buildings were still under construction at the time of the project. The renders functioned as visual staging, shaping the atmosphere of the spaces before their physical completion and supporting their early market positioning.

The design approach responded to the surrounding mediterranean landscape: natural light, open views, and a restrained material palette inspired by the coastal environment. Warm wood tones, soft neutrals, and simple forms were used to create interiors that feel grounded, calm, and connected to the horizon. The objective was to translate spatial potential into a clear, desirable identity, allowing the properties to communicate character and atmosphere prior to being built.
